Cold run
This function allows the motor starter to be switched on without main power.
The motor starter responds as if the main power is present on the system.
For example, this means that during the commissioning phase, the correspond-
ing control commands are accepted by the control and the corresponding mes-
sages are delivered.
Note
If the main power is still on (current is flowing), an internal shutdown command
is generated.
The "cold run" function can be activated as follows:
• "Cold run" input action
• Commands: Cold run ON/OFF
With the "cold run" function is active, the motor switches off if
• a current flow is detected
• a main power flow present is detected.
