Configuration

z Highlight the Sched box and press the button. A schedule screen appears.

Set the schedule as described earlier.

z Highlight the Camera box and press the button. A camera selection screen

appears. Select the camera number you would like to associate with the

camera.

NOTE:

You can associate multiple cameras with a camera that detects motion.

z Highlight the Speed box and select number of images per second you would like

to record from the drop-down menu.

z Highlight the Quality box and select the image quality you want to record from

the drop-down menu.

z Highlight the Dwell box and set the length of time you would like to record for the

associated motion event.

3.8.5 Motion Detector Event Action (Alarm Out) Setup Screen

The DVR can be set to react to motion events differently by activating an internal

buzzer or external alarms.

z Highlight the Sched box and press the button. A schedule screen appears.

z Highlight the Alarm-Out box and select either Beep or the alarm output terminal

that you want to associate with the motion event.

z Highlight the Dwell box and set the length of time you want the output activated.

NOTE:

When setting the Dwell to “0 sec”, the alarm output will be activated throughout the sensor activation

period, and inactive while the sensor is inactive.
