The answering machine
The answering machine of the Gigaset 2015plus offers
you the following capabilities:
● Callers can leave spoken messages on the answering
machine during your absence.
● An announcement has already been prerecorded for
your answering machine and is thus ready for opera-
tion as soon as you switch it on. However, you can
also record your own announcement
(➔ page45).
● If you do not wish to receive recorded messages, you
can provide callers with an advisory message contain-
ing brief information about your absence
(➔ page45).
● You can record telephone conversations
(➔ page48).
● You can record private memos (➔ page48).
● You can listen to all messages or only to those which
have just been received (➔ page48). You can scroll
backwards and forwards through the messages. You
can also delete all messages or individual messages.
● Remote operation of the answering machine is also
possible (➔ page51).
● Callers’ telephone numbers are stored with the mes-
sage (if activated by the network operator).
● All messages and announcements are retained even
after a power cut or if the power supply is temporarily
cut off for relocation purposes, for example.
