support, please have the following information ready:

• Router model number (on the bottom of the unit)

• Router software version. If you are unsure about your router’s software

version, it can be identified by one of the following methods:

– To display on the command line, enter: ver

– To display via the Web Management Interface, go to the Router

Information Page (click Home)

• Web User Interface

• Date of purchase

• OS Type (e.g. Windows 95, 98, 2000, NT, MacOS, or Unix)
