• A message is confirmed as sent

by the phone with the text “Mes-

sage Sent”. The message is

stored in the outgoing list and can

be selected and re-read there.

• The “Message sent” text only in-

dicates that the message has

been transferred to the service

centre. The latter now tries to de-

liver the message within a certain

period (see "Validity Period",

page 39).

• If the phone was unable to send

the message, a retry option is

available. If this attempt also fails,

then check the phone number of

the service centre, see page 39.

• You can also edit your messages

with a PC (see "Soft Data Link

3.0", page 68).

• You can edit messages you

receive (see "Edit Message",

page 38) and store them or send

them as your “own” messages.
