Enhanced phone functions

Conducting a conference

In a conference call, you can talk to as many as seven

other parties at the same time. These may be internal

or external users.

Setting up a three-party conference

Prerequisite: The "Transfer" and "Conference" keys are

programmed on your telephone.

^ Lift the handset.

j Call the first party.

When you can speak to the first party:

if available:

S Press the "Transfer" key.

j Enter the code programmed on your phone for "Consul-

tation" Æ page 68.

j Call the second party. The first party is waiting.

When you can speak to the second party:

if available:

S Press the "Conference" key.

j Enter the code programmed on your phone for "Confer-

ence" Æ page 68.

Z The conference call is signaled by a tone.

[ All three parties can speak with one another.
