Performance
A full battery will deliver between
60 to 200 hours of standby time or
100 to 210 minutes of talktime.
The length of performance depends
on the operating conditions:
Extreme temperatures reduce the
standby time of the phone consider-
ably. Avoid exposing the phone to
direct sunlight or placing it on a
radiator.
Phone number/URL in SMS
Phone numbers §highlighted§ in the
text can be dialled or stored in the
Phonebook/Addressbook. URLs (In-
ternet addresses) can be called up di-
rectly and the HTTP download start-
ed. To do this the HTTP profile
(p. 67), or the WAP profile (p. 64)
must be installed and activated.

Phone number memo
You can type in a phone number on
the keypad during a phone call.
The person you are talking to will
hear this. The number can be stored
or dialled after the current call has
ended.
Quick menu selection
All menu functions are numbered in-
ternally. By entering these numbers
one after the other, the function
may be started at once.
e.g. write a new text message:
§Menu§ Press.

Service numbers
There may be numbers saved in the
Phonebook (<Special books>, <Service
numb.>, p. 31) that were put there by
your service provider. You can call lo-
cal or nationwide information servic-
es or use services of the service
provider.

Diverts the caller to the mailbox,
for example, if the Busy diversion is
set and the function Call waiting is ac-
tivated (see also p. 73).
