The Siemens reference setup submitted to type approve MC35i Terminal consists of the

6.1 Restrictions

Later enhancements and modifications beyond the certified configuration require extra

approvals. Each supplementary approval process includes submittal of the technical

documentation as well as testing of the changes made.

• No further approvals are required for customer applications that comply with the

approved MC35i Terminal configuration.

• Extra approval must be obtained for applications using other accessories than those

included in the approved MC35i Terminal configuration (handset, power supply, MMI

implementation supported by AT commands).
